Promo Codes:

• Are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may expire.

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant BEEB DELIVERY a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and exploit your User Content in connection with our Services.

• Your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable laws.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, or remove User Content at any time and for any reason.

8. Network Access and Devices

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary devices and internet connections to use the Services.

Carrier data rates and charges may apply when accessing the Services via a mobile device.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be compatible with your device or uninterrupted.

9. Payments

Using the Services may result in charges ("Charges") for services or goods provided by a third-party provider.

BEEB DELIVERY facilitates your payment to the third party as its limited payment collection agent. Payment of the Charges in this manner is considered equivalent to payment made directly by you to the provider.

Charges are inclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by BEEB DELIVERY.

If your primary payment method fails, we may charge an alternative payment method linked to your Account.

Unless otherwise indicated, amounts paid do not include tips.

10. General

• You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written approval.
• We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction, including to affiliates, successors, or acquirers.
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder will continue in full force.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BEEB DELIVERY, superseding any prior agreements.
